Hi Sir/ Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Autism needed active intervention. I suggest to target all areas of development where ever he is lacking. The most important thing is ...to spend time with child ....you need to arrange a person to take care of your house work so that you can spend more time with him... COMM deal centre are good for such kind of training...please do follow with them...and follow their course pattern. NIMHANS is a good centre but there we only provide few days training and feedback ...... It's the family who will take care of things...than anyone else...... Feel free to Discuss with us, If you need any kind of help
