I am 26 year old unmarried male. I have a problem of chronic premature ejaculation from last 10 years. I ejaculates within 2-3 seconds of erection during masturbation. I even ejaculates without even touching the organ with little excitement. My testosterone level is 400 ng/dl. I have no other disease. I had taken ayurvedic medicines for 1 year but of no use. I don't want to use any numbing spray or gel.No kegel exercise and not any other method worked for me.Please suggest me some good medicine for this.
