For early detection of breast lumps or swelling or retraction of nipples it's mandatory for ladies to physically examine their breast and do a thorough BSE ( Breast Self Examination) Also doctors would suggest to go for a periodic mammogram for early detection and some tumor markers are also available in the laboratory and hospital for study.
