I have pain in my ear since last 3 days. Today, the pain has increased. I went to swimming for about 2 hours on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday. Post that left ear was blocked on Sunday and Monday. There was slight tingling sound yesterday. Today it has started paining. I had little cold on weekend which has subsided now.

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics, pain killer medicines and antibiotic ear drops for few days for faster recovery
