How do you know that it is only wax accumulation in your ears ? Do you know that during airlines flight the ears get blocked internally through the Eustachian tube when there are atmospheric pressure changes during airlines flight. So don't assume that your ears have only wax , it could be fungus accumulation in your ears or Eustachian tube obstruction due to cold , or airlines flight causing ear block.
