Ear tingling headache

Last one month I feel my ear is blocked, tingling effect is there but while sleeping its OK. I feel stress inside my ear which lead to head pressure, initially there was fluid in ear but now it had dried up. I had  typnometry test but doctor say the result is normal. But I still fell stress and tingling

please examine your ear nose throat by ENT CONSULTANT, It may be due to ling standing or frequent cold cough problem.
