Ear has become heavy and pains if touch.outer side ringworm type infection .antibiotics are going on.and cream is applied.ear if folded or touched it pains .inside when touched then also it pains.should I consult ent specialist I already taken medicine from skin specialist for ringworm but now ear is also paining.
