Ear sound at night sleep

I have been hearing a vibration like sound in my ear from few days and its only when I sleep ,that too only when I switch on the fan. I have no hearing issues or any symptoms, I have recently consulted ent doctor in a hospital and had my ear wax cleaned and he said no worries, still the sound is coming. Help me

A thorough look at both the ear drums is needed along with a hearing test. If everything is normal , then perhaps nothing needs to be done
