Had an altercation and was slapped and now I can hear my left ear is ringing/screeching sound, I can hear everything but the noise is there from the past half an hour. What should I do kindly advice.

You need to visit your near by ENT doctor to check if any damage has happened to your ear drum or auditory system from the slap..keep your ear dry..
