Hello Sir/Madam, My right ear is blocking due to vacuum. It is creating a silent noise like a mosquito. Can you please help and suggest what to do. Problem aroused 5days back. Thanks Manish

check if any wax. start wax dissolvants and get it cleaned. if no wax then could be due to fluid in middle ear.. Try doing Valsalva manoeuvre.  steroid nasal spray may help resolution.
