I have a son. His age is one year eight months . There is a hole of out side of the right ear for by birth. There is a two holes of each ear right and left but only right side hole is continuously lick the rim. I meet ENT and they said to me it's sines problem and the children is cross five years old then operation is must.

As per your description your son has bilateral preauricular sinus..it's a birth defect.. treatment is surgical excision of the sinus tract.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
