I think I have a ruptured ear drum because blood and some fluid came out and I then gone to medical shop and doctor gave me some antibiotics to prevent infection but hearing was normal type only. Till now I think it is more than 1 month I have no infection no pain and my hearing is like normal.will it will heal on its own with more antibiotics or i have to patch it. Can you also tell me during myringoplasty local anethesia is used or general anethesia is used in clinics

You seem to have suffered from acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type of acute Middle ear infection. Usually once appropriate treatment is taken the hole in the ear drum closes and no further treatment is required. Myringoplasty is done only if perforation of ear drum is persistent and causes recurrent infections
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
