I have a cotton stuck in my ear for about couple weeks and I'm now experiencing ear aches and a bad smell from my ear is it possible for the cotten to be flattened by my eardrum because no one can see it and the tweezers won't reach it and I'm also having a hearing problem what should I do

As per your description you might have developed infection in the ear.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment..remove cotton under direct vision if any..
