May be you are facing Eustachian tube dysfunction.
Eustachian tube dysfunction may occur when the mucosal lining of the Eustachian tube(tube that connects nose to ear) is swollen, or does not open or close properly. If the tube is dysfunctional, symptoms such as muffled hearing, pain, tinnitus, reduced hearing, a feeling of fullness in the ear or problems with balance may occur.

decongestants nasal drop- Drop the required number of drops into each nostril. The aim is to get the liquid to spread over all the inside surface of the nose - including the upper surface. A good position is to lie on a bed with your head hanging back over the edge. Stay like this for two minutes after putting in the drops before getting up. Donot swallow for 1 minute
