I can feel a pulsating sensation in my left ear from 1 month ago. It started all of a sudden randomly, sometimes it goes away again comes back. It's like sound of heartbeat. I don't have any other problems in my ear no pain or anything. My hearing is fine.

hello... sometimes wax also gives dat sort of sensation..kindly visit an Ent specialist and get examined
