Signoflam (diclofenac + serratiopeptidase) for 15 days is generally safe â but always take it with food or after meals to protect the stomach. If you feel very drowsy, take it at night after dinner. Do NOT skip Silenium (betahistine) â it is prescribed specifically for your ear pressure and balance issue, and missing it will delay improvement. The ear pressure + occasional giddiness + head heaviness is likely Eustachian tube dysfunction or early vestibular involvement, which is what the ENT is treating. Follow the full 15-day course, get the tests done as advised (PTA/BERA are simple hearing and ear tests), and review with your ENT. Your
thyroid being stable is reassuring â this ear issue is separate.
Next Steps
Take Signoflam only with food â never on an empty stomach. Complete the full 15-day course including Silenium. Get the PTA/BERA tests done as scheduled. Follow up with the ENT after 15 days. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
