You can develop bleeding ears due to:-
A minor injury or cut. If you scratch your ear canal with a fingernail or insert a cotton swab too far, you can cause your ear to bleed.
Ruptured eardrum.
Ear trauma.
Severe ear infection.
Objects in the ear.
Ear tumor or inflammation.
