My wife is 8 months breastfeeding and yesterday night she has feeling intense pain in left ear with some discharge, please guide us

Maam please take Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg 1 tab BD Tab. Amoxycillin 500 mg 1 tab BD E/d ciplox 3 drop tds Cap. Protera d 1 cap BD All drugs are safe in pregnancy
