I have been suffering from ear itching last 2 weeks.,suddenly while cleaning with swap it bleed. Always there's heaviness in inner ear.

As per your description you might have injured your ear canal during cleaning.. need to be ruled out otitis media of effusion and fungal infection.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment..
