Hi, Recently I met with a ear injury while diving into pool and water got into ears badly.. I have consulted a doctor she removed wax and all but along with that now I am hearing buzz sound from ear always.. Also lost my appetite and 3kgs in just two weeks also loose motion is there sometimes.. please help
