Tympanic membrane rupture or hole is a sequelae of chronic otitis media or chronic middle ear infection. It can also be due to injury. Since how long have you been suffering from this condition. Do you also have ear discharge? Most cases require surgery which is safe. However some cases may be helped with Homoeopathy.
