I'm suffering from ear ache from 2 days and fluid is coming out. also I'm a continuous user of earbuds which i think is the main cause for this issue

Don't clean ear frequently.. should be ruled out chronic otitis media/fungal infection.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment if required..
