Ear clogged and dizzy can be away in hyp

When i stand for sometime my ears get clogged and feel weakness in mind and my tsh is 95 and this problem is related to hypothyroidism ?and before my throid problem i went to ENT Doctor for ear clogged problem and he says there is no problem in ears.and later my thyroid get found.plz suggest solution for my problem
