After applying soliwax, I feel my ear blocked. Is it normal. Should I clean every time after applying the drops

in some persona the wax is soft and it drains out like black colored liquid but in some persons the wax is soo hard that aftr using the drops the wax softens but stays inside the ear will not drain out in that case u have to go to ENT dcoctr and get it removed plz dont manipulate urself, u may endup with damaging ur tympanic membrane
