Ear block and sounds

From last few weeks i was feeling uncomfortable in ear .. Sometimes pain comes and goes... problem was in left ear only..Than i visited ENT doctor... Hearing test was done which was normal.. Also my ear is blocked and sometimes itch and some sort of sound is there in my ear( like when we on TV before picture comes one sounds comes..same sound).. Than doctor prescribed Mountelukast+ fexofenadie -1 daily Acetylcistine tab-2 times daily. Menthol inhaler(steam) 2 times a day.. Initially cefuroxime500-1 daily Nasal spary And ceruklin.. He told me that wax is there and few wax has been removed.. Than after 2weeks again i consulted him...as I was feeling mild pain . Than again he again examine me and told me that there is impacted wax..tried to remove by suction but couldn't...Also remove some creamy white substance from inside ear . Now he prescribed Amoxyclav 625 And Oto AC ear drop But same problem still persist...ear is blocked,and sounds continues...infact it is itching..plz help
