Ear and throat pain when I swallow

Had an ear infection recently where I suffered from severe throat and ear pain when I swallowed. This slowly went away after antibiotics. Now, a week late, the ear and throat pain have started again. Is it because I infected myself again by using the same toothbrush. Should I be taking the same medication again?

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. If treatment course is not completed there is always chance of recurrence. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
