I m having a pain on the mass that is formed on both sides of the ear and neck too.and even on the whole back of head pimples formation start to occur and itching is their and I m scratching my head it will give relief for some time

your complaints are suggestive of infection of scalp and inflamed lymph nodes in pre auricular region secondary to scalp infection. you need to get your scalp infection treated and it will help in reduction in lymph node swelling also. kindly consult dermatologist

Hi regarding swelling and pain on either side of your neck - it might be regional lymphnode which would have enlarged because of local infection or inflammation... but cannot be concluded unless examined.... Regarding acne or pimples kindly consult dermatologist for treatment...
