My mother in law 82 year old bed ridden has e coli infection which is resistant to most of anti biotic. i wanted to know course of treatmeny for het

Bed ridden on catheter if infection is there but no symptoms and no fever can manage without antibiotics also If catheter not r here consider catheter. Besides bacstol and cranberry prophylaxis can be attempted
