Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

I am 42, unmarried, have DUB for past 10-15 days. I took trapic 650 and it stopped to start all over again after 2 days. Ultrasound showed normal uterus and ovaries but endometrial thickening at 16 mm. What is the treatment to stop bleeding and for the thickening.? I have hypothyroidism and taking 100 msg thyroxine with Tsh of 16 three months back.

Your endometrial thickness is increased.. You need work up for that.. Repeat tsh should be done and dose adjustment accordingly
