Hi The person I know was taking this Dutasteride 0.5g tablet for past 3 months and He have a question wheather this medication will affect his sperm volume and mortality and causes infertility

Studies proved that 4percent of healthy men taking dutasteride may causes alteration sperm morphology, decrease n sperm volume but not in sperm concentration.... Ultimately Male infertility bcz of dutasteride cannot be excluded... What in the indication for prescribing dutasteride??? Consult online.....
