My nose is very sensitive from last 3 years whenever i come in contact with dust or strong smell my nose become red or i get lots of sneezes and my internal mouth become red and start itching in my eyes . Plzzz help and tell me which type of problem is that Nd how can i solve thia plssss

Its  Allergic Rhinitis . Source is mainly dust , smoke and pollutants , take cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5 days . Avoid dust exposure
