Hi, i am very sensitive to dust allergy and will have running nose with sneezing everyday literally...i am taking telekast-L once in two days...i cant live without telekast-L....is it safe to take this tablet regularly. Please help me...

if you are taking telekast L so regularly it means that you are having persistent allergic rhinitis. though these medicines are safe you can change over to steroid+antihistamine nasal spray. absorption of these sprays is negligible and side effects are minimal and they have got excellent safety profile
