Hello sir/madam. I'm 27years old. I conceived nd now I'm 7weeks pregnant. This is my 1st pregnancy. Doctor prescribed me duphaston tablet. I don't have any complications except some lower abdomen pain which is mild.. then why doc suggest me this medicine? Is it safe to take?? Please help
