My docter advice me duphalc syrup .when wil i take it after meal or before meal. I forgot this.only one time a day.please answer me

Duphalac dose varies from 10 ml to 30 ml in a day. Depending on hardness of stools.  It should be taken at bedtime that is after meals. With a glass of water and added water on top.
