Im a 21 yr old female who woke up in the middle of the night with a really uncomfortable dull ache that was deep in my chest. It almost felt like i had a golf ball lodged in my chest. It worried me and seemed to disappear when i stood up. The next day the "golf ball" feeling is still there but no pain
