My wife's age is 39. We are just done with 12 week's NT scan and double marker test. NT scan is normal - 1.1 mm But dual marker says intermediate risk. Please see results below: Free beta hcg - 84.6 IU/L PAPPa - 5.95 IU/L Age risk (Trisomy 21) - 1:90 Trisomy 21 (Biochemical + NT risk) - Screen  Intermediate Trisomy 18/13 (Biochemical risk) - Screen Negative Trisomy 21 - 1:771 Trisomy 18/13 - <1:100000 Please suggest if there is any risk and what should be next steps (nothing, NIPT test, amniocentesis test?). Thanks.

At 39 years you as a couple have high risk for generic disorders. Get it thoroughly investigated. I suggest amniocentesis at the appropriate time.
