My wife is 13 week pregnant as per doctor advice dual marker test is done "screening is positive test has a probability is 1:38 for down syndrome " Trisomy 21 is 1:38 Trisomy 18 is 1:1679 Trisomy 13 is 1:11591 Doctor said it is under very high risk Please suggest
