I have developed an extremely dry skin around the eyes and both cheeks since 1 week. Also there is redness and puffiness around the eyes. After washing the face there is a burning sensation. There has been no change in my routine usage of creams or soaps. To combat this condition, I tried applying aloe Vera based lotions and other moisturizing creams but it doesn't seem to give much relief . Kindly suggest me a remedy.
