Hi, I've been facing dry peeling fingertips for the paat 3 weeks. They look reddish, wrinked and crusty. There's no regular itching, just mildly once in a while due to dryness, no rashes as well. Please advise if I need some medical topical or just regular moisturiser? I'm using moisturiser and night creams for about 2 weeks but it's not getting better. Can you suggest some better medical moisturiser?
