Dry patchy lips

Hi, I shifted to Bangalore 4 month back, from that time I am feeling skin dryness, now from past 1 month my upper lip line is so rough and dry that it started bleeding, not sure it if due to any cosmetics or new weather, now using only Vaseline or boroline, please suggest. Thanks!

Its called chelitis sicca due to dry weather and dust & pollution.  Cosmetics can also cause contact dermatitis.  Use Flutivae E cream for 7 to 10 days at night. Use Chaptex lip balm/ liptalk lip balm every 1 hour for lips.
Health Tips
Avoid lip smacking, lip licking. don't pick skin. Keep hydrating yourself.
