Dry patch on lips

Hello there, from last few days I am observing 2 little dry patch on my left upperlip and right upper lip( not on overall lip). I have started to use butter insted of lip balm. So now,right upperlips dry patch is almost gone.but new dry patch is created on left lower lip. Please suggest any home remedie. I feel streaching of the lips at dry patch area. It is not at all visible. No irritation.
