Dry mouth and can't taste anything

I have given birth last week Tuesday but feels weak, numb and my feet are warm. I don't feel like myself, everything is tasteless also I feel like something is wrong with my womb as I have leaks of faded red blood coming. I am a bit scared as I am Hiv positive with a very low CD 4 count of 91.I am on treatment though but I am not happy.

Consult your gynecologist,,you need good and healthy diet,there would be mild bleeding or spotting till 14 days of delivery. So don't worry for that Consult your ART specialist also
