Dry lips looks horrible

Hi doc , for the last 1 n a half month...my lips r dry I hav applied several  lip balms all branded but can not c any efforts , sometimes I can see the layer coming out of it ..I face problems once m out in front of people as it looks disgusting , because of this I cant even apply lipstick on my lips. ..please help .

Get rid of liplicking habit as it makes it worse. Apply sebamed lip defence to keep it smooth. Avoid soaps and lipstick. It is known to get better in summer.
