Hi. The symptoms elaborated could be those pertaining to hand eczema - may be secondary to hand dryness. 1. Hand eczema - is common in people who have any personal or family history of eczemas/allergies/atopic dermatitis/asthma etc. 2. Avoid contact with irritants like harsh soaps/ detergents/ soaps for washing clothes and utensils 3. Cutting vegetables can cause irritation 4. recurrent contact with water or alcohol can cause dryness 5. Key to improvement - recurrent use of moisturiser.
