My hair feel so dry and freeze, my hair are so damaged. Before moving to delhi health of hair was quite fine but here in delhi the water I use to wash my hair is hard. I got split ends very frequently. I am confused to go for keratin treatment or not

Use hair conditioners , hair spas, oiling befr shampoo, leave on serums. Avoid hot water. Use drinking water to wash hair. Keratin vl temporary help but eventually vl damage
