I am using refresh gel eye drop from 4 month no relief.but now i am filling slightly eye eching .problem in air fan on mobile etc

please follow 20..20..formula. ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes.  don't sit facing towards A.C. or fan.use gaugles with helmet while  driving.
