Hi Doctor I am a 30 year old lactating mother. Recently I have been noticing the skin on the back of my hands is pretty dry and it has darkened.I have a dark dry patch on my upper lip , neck and now I notice similar patch on one of my nipple . Attaching picture of my hand when it is most dry if i apply a moisturizer it looks better and next day it's the same again
