For the last few days I am having dry cough but there is no fever and no difficulty in breathing what medication should I take

Syr ambrolite -s (5ml 3 times a day) 7 days. Tab deriphyline retard (1/2 in the morning, afternoon and night)-5 days Tab wyslone 5mg (1 in the morning, afternoon and night)-3 days
