I've been having dry coughs for about 20 days literally without any other simptoms no phlegm,fever,runny nose.it gets worse when i lay down specially when im sleeping it feels like a kitten crawling in my throat i used Anti alergic medicine too but it didnt work

Steam, saline gargles and a montelukast and levocetrizine combination. Montelukast will allow long term allergy control.
