Kindly start on tab.paracetamol 650mg according to ur fever pattern Syp.grillinctus for dry cough twice a day Get a rtpcr done If it doesn't subside kindly review with the reports and consult for further treatment plan and medications as per ur condition

For mild fever Take Dolo 650 once a day. If fever subsides take Dolo 650 as and when required.
